What is Coaching with Me?

My coaching style is an interactive and collaborative process. I offer a safe and supportive space during our sessions. Gently guiding you to move from the surface level to the Root Cause of your challenges. This creates a deeper awareness of yourself, your values, and your beliefs and ultimately a greater acceptance of who you truly are, learning to trust your intuition. I bring my own personal experience to understanding the journey toward healing and self-discovery. As your coach, I am not giving you the answers and I do not judge. Instead, I will listen and ask incisive questions in a way that allows you to do your best thinking, and to share whatever it brings up for you. Using a method that works, Breaking Free from what’s blocking you and letting go of what no longer serves you; making new, better, and healthier choices.
